It is New Year's day. A day for resolutions. I have many resolutions I would like to make today, but many times my resolutions fail. Hopefully by posting a blog as often as possible I can stay on track. My New Year's resolution this year is to lose 50 pounds. I also have goals of "destressing" my life. Both of these goals is going to be difficult, but I am determined to succeed at both.

ReplyDeleteI feel like a new parent--maybe we can do this together--I honestly need to lose 20lbs (getting healthier is another way of saying losing weight). I'm sooo glad you're on here with me!!!
