Wow, I knew yesterday was going to be wild at work, but it was way beyond that. I was so exhausted when I got home from work!!!! We went out for supper with our friends - we call ourselves the "core group". I did very well with the meal. I had nachos, but only ate about half of it. I did have 2 beers though. Yipes! When we got home I sat down in my chair and fell asleep. I sure feel better today. In fact, I think I will clean out my sewing room today. I am in the mood to start throwing things away and get the rest of the stuff organized. Tonight there is a chili challange in Hadley. The proceeds will go toward a little baby that is Logan's age who has had 2 sugeries already and needs at least one more. Unless we get bad weather, we will be going to that.

Why is this day in banking so busy? The days before the new year are busy in the medical field, everyone trying to beat their new detuctible, I guess. Just wondering. Jessie
ReplyDeletewell, we had a ton of farmers in getting the operating loans renewed. We also have a lot of snowbirds that head south right after the 1st so they are all in getting things arranged to be gone for about 4 months. Then there are the people who have tax appointments on Jan. 4th or 5th and need to know how much interest they earned. There are also people that are trying to beat their bills to the bank. It was a lot of different kinds of stuff. It was hareder too because we are short handed right now. Hopefully next week isn't quite so busy! thanks for asking though. I appreciate your concern. :)
